1. Introduction
Welcome to Curiosity Photography and Curiosity Social Media Agency ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a photography session, engaging in our social media services, or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Photography Services

2.1 Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your session.
Full payment is due the day of the scheduled shoot. One week in advance for weddings.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.

2.2 Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled date.
No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the session forfeit the deposit.

2.3 Image Delivery & Usage
Edited images will be delivered within 14 business days.
Raw/unedited images are not provided unless requested.
The client receives personal use rights; commercial usage must be negotiated separately.

2.4 Model Release
Clients grant the photographer permission to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Social Media Management Services

3.1 Scope of Services
Services may include but are not limited to shoot scheduling, model and location sourcing, editing, etc.
Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in the service agreement.

3.2 Payment & Termination
Monthly retainers must be paid upfront.
Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days’ written notice.

4. Liability & Indemnification
We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue restrictions, or social media platform changes.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services.

5. Copyright & Ownership
Curiosity Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.
Social media content created by Curiosity Agency remains the property of the agency unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County.
